Our mission is to enable people to live independents lives, risk free and be part of a local community

“We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide residential care and domiciliary care services, including supported accommodation and support to people in their own homes. All support and risk plans are assessed and overseen by qualified mental health professionals. Our recovery focused therapeutic approach is overseen by Consultant Psychologists and Consultant Psychiatrists. ”

Overview of Our Services      

  • Specialised services for the care, support and recovery of service users over the age of 18.

  • Tailored risk management and care plans for each service user.

  • Close and regular collaboration with our service users’ care teams.

  • Each client is provided with a named support worker who regularly monitors their progress according to their care and risk management plan.

  • 24 Hour waking staff shifts in the care homes and a 24 hour help-line for domiciliary care service users plus emergency call out.

  • Support, assistance and advice on adherence with prescribed medication.
